Loss of HDMI Sync on Video?

Anyone else experiencing a loss of HDMI sync on their T5? My T5 is plugged through my Onkyo receiver. I'm finding that when selecting a channel to watch from the EPG or changing channels (Standard def to standard def), the video signal gets lost and the Onkyo receiver starts flashing HDMI, and then about 3 seconds later the picture comes back.

I have the box set to 1080i output and have also tried 720p output but no difference. Cables all seem okay.

There is something along this line with my Cambridge receiver. Video/audio signal drops out momentarily for a couple seconds and then come's back. Seems to be erratic. Not sure if this is a module issue. None the less the Dreamlink runs cool with Coolmaster U2 laptop cooler, so shouldn't be a overheating issue. DL100 board by the way.
