logitech remote with pinwheel

my buddy came over today as we both have the same logitech remotes he wanted the pinwheel iptv remote added to his logitech remote
since i have the working cable i plygged it in and did a search for pinwheel and nothing was found
so will or how do these codes get uploaded to the logitech site

You will need to use the "learn command" function of the Logitech remote.
