I have a DishPro Twin LNBF and want to hook up to 3 or more receivers using the diseq 4x1 switch and Zinwell 3x4 switch. Will the attached setup work?

No....Not with a Dish pro quad in the loop....

It has it's own internal switch, the system will get hopelessly confused.

You need all DP singles, or 5 standard LNB's, then hooked into an 9x4 Diseqc 2.0 switch

Can I connect the two cables coming from the DishPro LNB into a two separate diseqc switch and and then take the output from those diseqc switches to two different STBs.

Only if the Dish Pro LNB is a single satellite LNB with two outputs, but you would be limited to only 4 satellites (4 DP LNB's into a 4x1 switch) one switch per receiver.

They make switches for more then 4 satellites into more then 2 receivers, but they are not DP LNB compatible, they only work with legacy or standard LNB's.

EMP makes one, but for every standard LNB you need 2 connections, so for 5 satellites you need a 10 input to 4 output switch.

The dishPro LNB is a twin with two outputs.

As long as you use 4 dish pro twin LNB's then you can use 2 each 4 input to 1 output Diseqc switches, one to each receiver, but in your diagram, you show a DP quad LNB, that can't be used in this setup.

Also make sure the two switches are grounded to each other and to a proper earth ground.

Sorry my set up is as follows:

I have 1 dishpro (Dish 500) twin Lnb (I think its dual as it has two output) for 82/91, and 3 separate legacy dual lnb to pick up 119/118, 110 and 129.

What switch combination can I use (using Zinwell 3x4 switches and Diseqc 4x1 switches or 22Khz swithces) without using DishPro Switches (as I don't have them), to pick up all 6 directions for 3 receivers or at least for 2 receivers.

Or would it be better to replace the Dishpro Twin Lnb with two legacy dual LNB for 82/91. If I do that, what would be my switch set up be. Thanks.
