CW on Galaxy 17

I was scanning Galaxy 17 last night for a bud of mine at talk and found something very interesting.

tp 3720 h sr 26700 has 3 great channels but will not come in without inserting pid numbers as well:

CW East 101-102-101
CW West 201-202-201
CW Central/Mtn 301-302-301
