Question: If a person subs to d***net and has two receivers authorized at that persons address, could one of those receivers be moved to another house that has the dish set up but no receiver and receive programming at the second house?
As long as you don't plug in a phone line to the receiver it shouldn't be a problem.
Should also do a check switch at new location.

Not legally!
Be discreet if you do this.

Forgot about the phone line stuff. Is it imperative that the phone line be plugged in just to watch tv or is it just for ordering ppv's? I'm pretty sure that one of them would be plugged in just because it's "supposed" to be.
Phone line does not need to be plugged in to watch tv.
Phone line can be plugged in to receiver at the account holders address.

That's what I was wondering. Wasn't sure if they would come knocking at your door asking why the phone line wasn't plugged in! lol
