I want to scan the 129... on 18-x24 dish and I'm not able to find with the bev3100 receiver... I'm easy able to scan 110...119... but no signal for 129.. on tp21..

Well if your North East of Montreal you may need a larger dish for 129W.
Here is the link to the footprint on 129W, zoom into your location and click on it, this will give you the estimated dish size needed for your location.

What types of LNB's are you using and how many?

Recommended dish size = 45cm / 17.7in ... :S

I got it but... 50% on tp21 (bev3100) ...:S

You may need a bigger dish, more gain more "Q".
I almost live under 129W but have to use a single DP LNB on a 33" dish for an error free signal from 129W.
I use a D500 with the new DPPtwin LNB, then the 33" dish with a single DPP LNB on it, this run into a DPP44 switch cascaded with a second DPP44 switch, this runs all my receivers just fine.
