unscramble skdl channels 5000 to 5014

Can anyone tell me how to unscramble the skdl 5000 to 5014 sports channels on echo star 6,8 and echo star 7 ,110 and 119 satellites.They scanned down with the rest of the channels but dont work and I used to enjoy them long time ago before iks.Sure hope someone can help....thanks

Those are engineering channels, I doubt they'll be open any time soon since they can't be subbed to.
