cnx - ilink cant connect

i have had a lot of freezing lately and then finally this morning, all channels scramble.

i do factory reset and start from scratch to see if i can make anything better with less freezing and now it cant find connection1.

what could be the problems. i believe all my input is correct, my second receiver works fine (nanosat premium se) the whole time without freezing problems like my cnx

i put in another donation code and its working fine. looks like my 2 month old code is either ran out or messed up from their end.
