snow

Not sure if in right area...please excuse if not........im trying to set up a brother with iks and solaris.....but keep getting only the snow on N.O.I......it will not go to the numbers......mine i have no problem......but setting up somebody else.....i only go as far as snow.

Can anybody give me a few pointers...... thank you
