Friend you have tro stop with the bashing, its a great box easy to operate if not the easiest...

I agree with benfica. You hijack the thread with your constant whining just to bash the box. My grandson who is 12 years of age set my pinwheel up in about 20 minutes from opening box to watching tv. It was already mentioned that if you don't like the box sell it or find another hobby.

Reviewing your posts it would seem you are having a difficult time understanding the basics of this unit. You might want to do some reading and try to learn how to operate the unit instead of complaining about this and complaining about that.

Use the help members are offering. That is what these forums are for, not bashing something you don't fully understand how to use.
Every unit in this so called "hobby" has pros and cons and you have to learn about and accept the cons and be thankful for the pros.

Ever hear of the old phrase... "is the glass half full or half empty?".

so the iptv part of the unit? does it come with that or are there apps for it? hows the pvr part of it? i'm interested too. i plan to ask ask ask and read before i buy one....

And if the EPG is a big concern, as it is for me, the Bev side if things has NO EPG at all. DN side works, butni find I have to go back to channel 200 or 239 frequently to populate it again. Other than that, not a bad box. But no bev EPG is a huge issue to me. It may go up for sale based solely on that alone!

Not concerned about a full EPG. I'd be happy with 1 hour EPG so I knew what was on now! It doesn't give any info until you stop on a specific bev channel, then it will sometimes show what is in. All the rest... Blank. I was hoping they'd address this, but they have not.

Iptv is a big plus, been following as much as i can and has been a major improvement since day one and when i look at it i see it been the future so might as well stick to a team that supports variety !

And about Bev EPG...:( must not be easy ) But bet you a file will be released eventually, some bugs were fixed now so lets keep in mind its a new box...

Picture is great. Recording works well including off the EPG, but fast forwarding not so well. Overall a decent box. Its relatively new, and has a few glitches, and a few things that need changed, but I am hoping that a new file release will resolve most, but the Bev EPG thing is not something I will accept or wait too long for. They need to focus on that instead of getting the weather app to work without rebooting! :rolleyes::rolleyes:

This I 100% agree with. The epg for bev really does need to be fixed before the weather app...or anything else for that matter. I hope they can do this soon. I believe there are a lot of b*v users who are waiting patiently for this. No problem but I hope this fix comes very soon anyway. The Team is doing a great job and I'm very impressed but....Lol, the EPG for Bev:okay:

maybe more will invest with the little thing like bev epg...but as they say there are more dish users then bev but i say money is money...
