getting failed

when i scan for 119 all tp say failed not catching any channels?? took it off diseqc put straight line still failed put the 467 file as allcode and the 137 as allcode-bootcode is that right

gettin old didn't realize the guy installed the ls500 and put the other in box witch i installed now i'm catching all channels
