v132 flash question

after loading v132 on the local it says(are you sure to burn flash) what does that mean ?
i didn't click ok because thought it might screw it up, can someone tell me that it's ok to flash it?

Why you loading 132, 137 is the latest

because hopefully the epg and info is better then the v137, but what does ok to flash mean?
the local was already to go when I bought it, I never added any files on the local yet

Ok to flash means ok to install, do you press fav to load epg or let it load by itself?

I press fav loads ok but info after the hr. is up it stays the same unless reload with fav. or shut receiver on&off that is why want to try different file, I hope a new file for the epg is in the works?

I converted my local to Ilink 9800 and the guide and menu looked really nice but the sort by sid didn't work, i lost the ota option and the receiver sometimes was slow to respond, I'll try more stuff later, I tried the 9800se files and the local took them good but every time you go to settings it freeze

is there a file that makes the info change after the hr.
I bought the local because of the terrestrial tuner so when an ecm I can go to the local ch.
if I converted to the ilink then I'll loose the terrestrial tuner (hoping for a new epg info file, before I can buy another local the pvr works good though)
