converted nano 2 to i-link 210 volume problems

I have tried to get the volume to increase to normal, I have to raise the volume on the receiver as high as it goes, the t TV is also being turned up to the limit, i have been wondering how to fix it, could the file be corrupted & the receiver needs to be brought back to nano 2 then back to I-link 210, is it software?:grr: or a hardware problem,? sure could use some help on this problem it seems to me that if it was the TV which works well or the receiver I would not get volume at all & no it is not muted

just a thought.......it's a CNX. You should be able to make it a Nano, Treo or Mini. Sort of go backwards with the software and run the box with xx-client on a PC. Remember , it's called testing so I will make no claims to success but I can claim to have made a Nano a Nano 2 but I didn't have the adapter. Good luck
