dm500s Freezing on 1 rkt code & on another Rkt code working fine

hi guys i need your help, I got dm500s with rkt code2.

one code Activete on feb-2013, and this working fine on dm500s.

another code Activate recently that is FREEZING very BAD all the time. I switch this Code any Receiver, still same issue, it is FREEZING.

any help appricated.

try changing the ports on the freezing code.

I already change all the ports 1.rkt.tv, 2.rkt.tv, 3.rkt.tv, 4.rkt.tv, on all ports it is Freezing.
