A lot of freezing on the nano 2

I am getting a lot of freezing on the nano2 and in order to fix it, I always have to do a hard reboot. My other receiver does not freeze as much as the nano2. My nano is converted to the I-link software. Any way around on fixing this freezing problem on the nano or is it time to get a new receiver
