nano 2 I-link problem

Please help. I have Nano 2 ilink and my channel manager delete channel won't work. I can mark the channel with okay button but the blue button doesn't do anything and when I exit there is no deletion done. It used to work before this last donation. Also when in channel manager when you select a channel it does not play in the window so you can see what you are deleting. I have some duplicates and it is driving me nuts!
