It will come in if you have an HD box with an HD tuner installed.

Channel 455 Is On Transponder 12399.If You Scan That Transponder You Will Get It.

It might help if you told him it's on satellite 110, TP 12399 is correct tp. Make sure your tp is set to 21500 and not 20000 just in case.
