Need help with set up

Hello, my friend has a problem. He got set up last week with 110,119,129,82 and 91 using 2 jynxbox HD. The problem he is having is if his wife is watching one he loses signal on the other one. He has the same set up as I do I'm running 3 limesats and don't have any problems. Can this be a switch problem a Lnb problem or something totally different. I hope someone can help me, thank you.

could be not enough power,poor or no grounding
you need to provide more info ,lnb type switches etc
