110/119 on EMP Centauri P.164-IW - adding 82/91

I have an EMP P.164-IW switch as shown here:

I have 110 and 119 set up and running smoothly. I have 2 open ports that I am going to run 82 and 91 into.

I have 91 attached to the 3rd port (second port from right in pic above), and 82 into the last one on the right.

My question pertains to the dish setting on my jynxbox ultra v2 (hd)....

Here are my settings:

Sat - 110W Echostar 10/
Tuner - LNB1(fixed)
LNB Frq - 11250
Transp - (1/37)12224 V 20000 (that is what comes up in the dish setting screen - mostly this is for setup right?)
DiSEqC1.0 - Port1
DiSEqC1.1 - Disable
Legacy SW - Off
Lebacy LNB - Off
22k - Off
polarity - Auto

Sat - 119W Echostar 14
Tuner - LNB1(fixed)
LNB Frq - 11250
Transp - (15/26)12355 H 20000 (that is what comes up in the dish setting screen - mostly this is for setup right?)
DiSEqC1.0 - Port2
DiSEqC1.1 - Disable
Legacy SW - Off
Lebacy LNB - Off
22k - Off
polarity - Auto

Sat - 91W Nimiq 1
Tuner - LNB1(fixed) (if I leave this as is - it picks up 119W at the top of the screen)
LNB Frq - 11250
Transp - (1/37)12224 V 20000 (that is what comes up in the dish setting screen - mostly this is for setup right?)
DiSEqC1.0 - Port3 (see note in tuner section of 91)
DiSEqC1.1 - Disable
Legacy SW - Off
Lebacy LNB - Off
22k - Off
polarity - Auto

Sat - 82W Nimiq4
Tuner - LNB1(fixed)
LNB Frq - 11250
Transp - (1/32)12224 V 21500 (that is what comes up in the dish setting screen - mostly this is for setup right?)
DiSEqC1.0 - Port4
DiSEqC1.1 - Disable
Legacy SW - Off
Lebacy LNB - Off
22k - Off
polarity - Auto

See note on 91 - it doesn't seem to want to pick that bird up. Yet, 82 is detected at top of screen.
