I believe I,ve done everything right , but in the end the conection is either off service or blank.

A helpful hint...if you had done everything right you'd be watching TV...lol...Since we don't know what you did... you might want to post your settings if this doesn't work ... otherwise you won't get much help... try going to menu/installations/network ... look at the bottom of the screen... does it say 'connected' or 'wait 3 seconds'??? if it doesn't say 'connected' you are NOT connected to the internet... select IP set up & set network settings to auto at the top & hit the apply button at the bottom & wait until the IP populates... this can take a few min... if it doesn't connect you may need to check your wiring &/or lack thereof or you may need to get your router/modem IP & enter it manually...

Some serves are down right now, check in the PS section of the forum and make sure your PS is up, if it is then post all your settings as Hutch said then we can help you.......

Not only that but if it says "off service" its because your on the wrong type.
Dream is what you need to be on.
