new code but cannot connect

1.nfpsserver.tv
103.31.187.117
checked des key all ok and user and password all ok
please if any one has something to add

We were down yesterday for a short time. So that might of been the cause also.

no I did try reboot and i don't believe it's D/N , it says connect fail, must be something on my end or sub is not working
i will redo everything and then if no success i will contact nfps

yep checked code and have two different receivers cannot get either to connect, will check with the subscriber maybe he can help thank you every one

ok finally got sv360 prem working ok port 11010 did mhave a typo error in password , now will try sv8000 see what happens
