And you checked the switch in the back, right?

Also check that your outlet has power.

this just happened to me. working fine earlier and the wife comes home and says its stuck so she starts flicking it off and on from the back and now blank display screen and nothing at all poping up on the tv

i just bypassed the switch, now i can get power but i get a freeze after about 10-20 seconds and have to unplug.
i did have enough time to do a factory reset but it never loaded.
i tried to put another file onto it but i freezes during file transfer.
