2.5 File = PAL format ?

seems like there is a bug with 2.5

2.5 is showing TV in PAL format

picture is coming out in black and white

we need NTSC format here

Files have been modded for the time being. If someone finds out more info on these let us know and someone will open them back up. Don't have this box myself.
