9500 HD lock up

I am using a 9500HD box for DN. It works perfectly with SD channels but when I switch to an HD channel the picture is great for about 10 seconds then goes monochrome and freezes. The display on the receiver also goes wonky and no response from the remote. I have to power off from the back switch and then reboot and my IKS info has to be re-entered again. No problem at all if I stay on SD. What could be the problem with HD channels?

maybe the T8PSK module is getting too hot? Try putting a fan on it to see if it helps. Otherwise it might be going bad and needs replacing.
