Favorites List

Hey guys,
I have a sonicview 360P receiver.
What is the procedure for saving the favourites list on a zip drive?
I want to do a factory reset & rescan my satellites but I would like to
save my favourites list before carrying out this exercise.

Far as I know there is no way to save it without uploading the complete channel list. Which would defeat the purpose of a rescan. I did a factory reset/rescan last night. I do one every once in a while. I used to do one about every month but I'm getting lazy lol.
