dead 8000 even with new power board

replaced all 1k caps and even bought new power supply and receiver is still dead. is the main board dead???

yes you're right! buy a used one on ebay or spend $178.00 for the new ilink 9800hd se with the Ls500 board included & have
a lot of fun watching hd channels!
