Need help with wrt54g with goo3 bin installed

Have an Nfusion Solaris barely working with IKS4suns v1.60, ( some channels work but the ones that don't work I get either key received too long or key cannot be found on the server or it's corrupt), Got a wrt54g flashed with latest goo bin V3, loaded settings as instructed on the pdf attached by goofather but can't get the nfusion to work with the router. I ran xx-running and it comes as client not running, if i run xx-start page refreshes and get Cannot run. Use make_inis to create a valid configuration.???? I create the script as instructed on the pdf so where am I going wrong?
here are my settings:
Nfusion.....I loaded u48,(skiped g3x to r3x since my nfusion was virgin), loaded boot file v130, next 090928 sol phoenix, followed by nfusion 154.2.255
Main router 192.168.1.1 Asus 54N
wrt54G with goo bin V3 set as a repeater bridge 192.168.1.3(get internet from main router), connected as wirelessly and or cable
Nfusion running Ip 192.168.104 gateway 192.168.1.3
a copy of my xx-script on wrt54g
