Hi! Awhile ago I tried to scan for ch.398 Fuel Tv and when I finally got it, I saw that I had a bunch of duplicate channels. I went into channel manger and deleted some of the channels myself but when I went to the delete option I saw I could delete TP's and SAT's, so i figured this might have something to do with it nut I want to make sure. All the duplicate channels are on Echo 14 but if I find a way to delete these channels I'll also delete Echo 10/11 just to be safe. Could someone tell me how to delete all these duplicate channels and if I do what do I do to get these channels back? Thanks!

Sounds to me like a delete of all the channels and a fresh scan are in order..

Do a factory default but make sure you write down your antenna settings before you do that....then set all your settings again and do a scan..DO NOT delete your echo 10/11 sat..one more thing please post your antenna settings and what type of lnb are you using..I think you are getting duplicates because your antenna settings might be wrong..

after factory default... pick your language... then in menu/installations change network application from stream to dream... then back out & go to options/control panel... change auto TP to on... then set time setting... then set up your sats but make sure they are correct before you scan so once you have... you should be good to go...

My neighbour just came back from his vacation and he's the one who set up my satellite I asked him what do to. He came and just deleted Echo 14 and Echo 10/11. Then did a rescan and all the channels are working fine now. Why shouldn't he have deleted Echo 10/11?

there is no need to factory default
you can delete all your channels on one sat by changing delete option to sat. It will delete all the channels on the sat you are on when you entered menu

That's what my neighbour did and it worked.
