Nana SE back to 3.05

Looking for help with resetting the SE back to 3.05 from 3.24
When I try to set it back to 3.05 it tells me must install latest file
I`m reading that the 3.05 has much less freezing then the latest 3.24
any help would be really appericated

have u tried the loader using a null cable??

I heard 7.04 and 3.05 is best for freezing problem.
