No strength or quality

I have a nano 2 converted but recently have no strength or quality.

Any help would be appreciated

Strength or signal is a connection from receiver to l n b. Once you have a proper connection from the box to l n b, then if the dish is aligned correctly, quality will return. Always check signal and quality without switch, then apply switch to eliminate problems. When removing switch or coax, have the box turned off from rear. good luck
