lost audio

hi all, i have a nanosat premium and just lost all audio, still have a picture. weird. can anyone recommend a fix for that or a new box. i am in Rdmonton and can not find any dealers here

i meant to say edmonton, i called world wide and they don't carry nanosat, can anyone recommend another box (not hd)

Nanosat are non existant(plus no support and not a great box).
Dreamlink and jynxbox seem to be the more popular ones(just be carefull you don't buy a clone with jynxbox).

you can try running the coaxial cable from the receiver to TV instead of the RCA audio/video cable. that don't work get yourself a dreamlink t4 which is a SD box good luck
