Port 1 and Port 2 Scan Issue :(

I did a factory reset on my box, got it back up and working but when I did port 1 scan and port 2, one is not picking up signal! I scanned 110 119 all on port 1 and picked up some channels but not all, also no information for channels. No EPG..can someone please help? Do I need to reposition dish? How can I find my exact settings to adjust dish and get good signal for both 110 119?

110 satellite should be on port 2, 119 on port 1, if you're using a DP twin/quad lnb. 22khz should be off on both.

The sat that reports in the window is the one your currently seeing/scanning.
When your set to the 110, that's what should report in the window.
If your seeing 119 in the setup window when your on the 110 sat page (or vise-versus),Either your settings are wrong or the dish has moved.
As advised, set 119 to port 1 and 110 to port 2 and confirm the correct sat shows in the correct window.
