Can't change channel?? Getting message to update newest SW

I'm on boot loader 1.00 running latest P29
I did do factory reset but was working fine prior, am I missing something or are we down or waiting on new file? Appreciate any help! Thanks :)

Thank you I'ts Jafo! I got it working but no channel information or description now is the issue?! Any idea why it's doing this? Thanks in advance
