1 year is incorrect, the limit is 2 years in small claims courts. In the big time courts I would guess it is 2 yrs or more, if there is any limit.
One example is murderers from many years ago can still be punished when new evidence turns up, the limit timer starts when the evidence is discovered.

If I read this correctly, the pdf is actually an Anton Pillar warrant. The warrant seems to imply the plaintiffs are looking for an iks server. The pictures showing many ups shipments appear to be scans by ups or customs? IMHO plaintiffs are seeking the contents of these boxes.....Probably much more info to follow.....

GMan and VGiddy are even dumber than woof, you would have thought they would learn something when woof was taken down, but no, they just continued on, how can anybody be so stupid?.....common sense would tell them they were on the hit list, especially when they are advertising in public on a public forum how to buy codes from them, complete and utter stupidity

there was a another guy named in the document, guy called Fausto too. I have a few friends that ended up doing business with both these guys and once they read this they kind of freaked out.

To get an update on this case you would need to go to the court house to order docs you want to view. However the docs would not reveal if your friends have legal exposure or not.


If they are freaked out best would be to stop doing the business they are doing and get rid of any inventory they may have I would think.
