Kbox not turning on....

Hi,

My Kbox has been working perfectly for years, but this morning I woke up and saw it wasn't on. I tried turning it on...and it'll first flash "Hi"...and then 4 dashes....and then goes off......and then 4 dashes and off again...it just keeps repeating this pattern. Any suggestions?

now i have another issue...when I'm setting up my sats...when I find 118.8, I usually have only one 118.8 sat in my list, but now I have two....118.8 KU and 118.8 C (instead of 118.8 Anik F3), also 119 is echostar 14 and not 7. I cannot get a 119 signal. Do I have an incorrect setting somewhere?

so I loaded factory file 1.81 and then Nov 15, 2011 file.

Now when I go to Installation -> Dish Settings -> Under Satellite I usually only see 1 sat for 118.8 (it usually says 118.8 Anik F3), instead I see 2 118.8 sats; 118.8 Anik F3/Ku and 118.8 F3/C). Can this be corrected?

so what is the problem how many you see? select the KU one and continue as normal
