cant save server info

I just got one and having problem saving private server port # and des key which keeps going to 00000 and it does not save. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks CHEVY85. I followed the instructions; scanned sat 110/119 and tried to input private server info but it does not save port # and DES KEY. As soon as I connect Ethernet cable to Dreamlink T4, TV screen goes on and off and green LED goes on and off as well. If I disconnect the Ethernet cable from Dreamlink T4, I do get ch 101 and 102 (free channels). Please help.

Can you post what make and model of router you have?

it seems to me that you might have a cable shorting out some where ,,check your cables,connections.etc..and try to connect again..good luck
