my prodigy2 works for about 10m and goes scramble if and don't turn on and off it won't can back, it's not the server problem because i have others boxes working just fine i'm using the last file 204 .please help!!!!!! thks

Are you using the same number on these receivers?

yes and it was working fine before with this one 2

Are you running the other boxes at the same time?

no, i only have problems with this box

Factory default and load each file starting with the first one and factory defaulting then loading the next factory defaulting. Make sure you are not running another box at the same time with that P$ info.
If you are still having problems check your P$ info on another box to make sure it hasn't expired.
