hi i have a ilink 9500hd when i try to look for sattelite the quality stays on 20 and strength jumps up and down any help thanks

This is the worse receiver which I had in years, but what I'm doing I have an old viewsat rec, I found all the sats with that one, adjust LNB and when you are done connect I-link and scan sats. If you take into consideration I-link signal you can forget it or maybe you are very lucky.
