Please help me to set up my Lime-sat Ultra

I have these......in my Lime-sat Ultra

Loader ver. = V1.22
sw ver= v2.73
H/w ver. = v1.00
Model id= V1

Sat 119, 118, 110, 91, 82

and it was working fine 8 months ago now i get ch. 101, 102/526 only and I can not find the person any more who set-it up for me
now I want to set it up by self, Please help me to set up my Lime-sat Ultra

Q1 Do i have right File in my model
Q2 please also let me know if i need to call private server ?
