need some help

i been out for 3 year and want to start up again but need to know what boxs are up and what do you need to get them up and going thread on the boxs dont ready said if there up or down and i dont know what box to go with any help then i will go do my home work then pick a box .i try look at the file but they didnt ready tell me much on what file is working or not . i seen you need internet with all the boxs some you have to pay


plesea give me some what of box that im looking for is up going im not saying to pick a box for me i will read up on the boxs
