This fixes freezing

Set server type to "NANO STREAM&DREAM" will eliminate freezing...Also make sure server screens 2,3 and 4 are cleared using the data reset option on each screen...Have server info entered in server 1 screen only...If your getting "connected" message and not "wait 3 sec's" then box is connected to internet and it is a setting issue on your end, or your code is inactive...Also try using domain not IP...Plus when setting up box, DO NOT set-up the diseqc option screen in menu...Set sats and ports up in SAT installation screen screen only...Also set IP setup option to auto and click apply at bottom of screen...All addy's should go to 0.0.0.0 and repopulate within 3-7 secs...

be careful what you buy, there are clones out there so buy from an authorized dealer of the product and if something sounds too good then it probably is. I would also make sure whatever you buy is not a cousin to what you already have or you will simply be trading the devil for a witch

What file do u have in your box?? I run 3.20 and it works great with this. Also the 324 file I find works great as well. I want to say thanks to hutch for this post on another site so I posted it here. Thanks bro.

i can watch lets say 131 for 30 minutes not a freeze on dreamlink or my nfusion but a few freezes on the nano in same time..and some bad freezes...(but no freezes on channel 200). so i conclude there is something with this box where depending on isp, server, router type and server some will have more freezing compared to other boxes... and some will have none..i would love to solve this..
all in all after all the complaints from friends who i set up compared to those who use different receivers..i would never buy this again.

this box used to work great a few months ago with support....guess it makes business sense to not support it, so you have to purchase another.....

Try file 3.20 and go into network and net application and put type on nano stream & dream. Works great.

This fix was recommended by a supermod from another site...I believe it may help those who have a certain Premium model that doesn't have internet connection issues...

Man, looks like i wasn't the only one when i was complaining on the boards of private server community. As I see there are alot of people with problems with this box. I still have this box, and was with the private server (Don't know if i can name them here) for almost one year now. Since i had my doubt with the server recently, so i wanted to try a different server. So i went with a new one and it works flawlessly!!, it still freezes for 3-5secs every 3mins or so, but still an incredibly improvement versus 30secs freeze every minute, on almost every channel.

So i posted this story on the board of the old private server i was using, thinking they will fix their server. But they banned me within 15minutes of posting my thread on the community forums, stating in reason "Reseller bull****, there is no such freezeless server, muahaha".
I was like wtf!!, is this real???
My story is true folks and i am not throwing my nano away anymore.... happily ever after......

Anyways... What I have found with the Nanosats is that if you try and enable any two servers at once there's a freezing issue... I don't know why but that's what I have seen..

My neibour was having this issue a while ago.. I suggested to them to add a zero or something to the port number of the server that he was not using to disable the connection... By merely adding a single character it's easier to re-enable if you want to switch back...

There's no need to delete the all the characters in every field to disable the connection.

Then again sometimes I forget and the box works pretty well with both providers.
