nanolites?

I have several nanolites, 2 of them do not allowed 119 to come-in at all only 110, some how I think this is factory
softwear issues, I keep looking for the latest to try it all I see is the same, nothing new! how about an update?:D

Elaborate on 'not allowed 119 to come in' if you previously downloaded 119 and
tried to watch or tuned to channel 300 or any other, signal quality never shows-up or get filled, the next thing that you do is a factory default! after it 0 channel show for 119. thank-you!

A factory default wipes out all your channels and settings. You need to redo them.

just to add what stan and anubis already posted. If you have multiple boxes and some work and some do not then they are different versions of the unit or you have something different in your settings. Either way, some working and some not is not going to be fixed by a software upgrade as that would be some type of hardware issue
