S10 No Internet Connection

This box was working fine on Claro 125 but now there is no internet connection and the CAT5 connector does not light up. Tried the same cable on another box and lights up and works, so it's not the cable. Must be the receiver. Is there anything I can try to fix this?

Try a re-boot from a total power down, (unplugged from the wall and CAT5 cable) if that doesn't work then try the factory files, it may be a software glitch.

Ok, tried all that. Even loaded files with serial cable. Still no lights or LAN connection. Guess the last resort is to open up the box. Anything special to look for?

Some of the S10 s have the LAN connection on a daughter board connected via 16 pin header. I have read that this board can come loose. Open the box and verify that LAN port is connected well.

I pulled out and reset the little board with the LAN connector. Still no go. Ready to give up on this box. I use it for Claro @125W and need the LAN port.
