Nanosat Premium SE Not Working :P

hi i have a nanosat prenium SE i am using a paid program and its not working it hasn't been working for the last 4 days and i was wondering if anybody has any information about this box cause i have been told by a programer that this box has a problem with sofware and its better to replace the box with a other box if anybody has any suggeststions or comments in regards to this

First thing to verify is your 'paid program' / settings on the receiver.

and how do you do that?

first of all u need to be more specific what not working is.....make sure your using the factory bin 7.09 with 3.05 bin.....if your not connecting make sure your user and pass are type in properly..... if it is u need to pm your $ provider ask if their service is up and running at this moment....and yes nano is running with the file i stated.

according to the provider its up and running plus we've tried everything no picture is coming up at all

and how do you do that?
Verify that your donation is still active and that the server is up.

Is the receiver connecting to the server (network settings) ?

there have been some IP changes recently so it may help to use the domain name
