I-Link 9000plus not showing

Hello to U all. New member to this forum. About a week ago my I-Link 9000plus not showing any at all,only shows "scrambled channel". rocket iks private provider-paid in full for 1 yr starting in march 2013.My dish signal and all setting are correct and I even reset them -no success.I contact my provider and they said my code(s) are active ..I need some help Quick ...any help plz..I really need it ...tracy

Tracy2000 I think you must check your server setting as they have changed ip address... do some more research im sure you will find the answer.
