New 9600hd cannot find private server setting

Just got a new 9600 hd-has Feb 10 2012 factory file -tried loading may 10 and latest file from Dec 2012-looked at notes that say press menu-right volume and it will say system setup but it doesn't-it says system configuration and no place to put NFPS info=Please let me know from out of box new what is latest file and how to set up private server-what is posted will not work with the menu THANKS A MILLION:yes:yeaah:

scroll down under clock adjustment,

even if doesn't show on the screen, keep going down you will see it
