Green Light

I have the dreamlink SD and when I turn the system on the green light comes on and then goes out, should be a steady green light on. need help

Is this a new setup? Does the box work? Give us more information

I was loading the bin and it wasn't the correct one so I turned off the box from the back of the unit,
and when I tried to turn on again the green light would stay on.

If you have interupted the file download process and the reciever is not responding you might have to use the loader...Download the d/l loader .Dreamlink loader.And the latest fac file.From the file section.A null modem cable is necassary.

With the receiver OFF at the back switch,connect receiver to computer with the null modem cable.Open the loader on your pc and select com1.I'm not sure if the auto connect feature works haven't tried it.At the bottom of the loader select all file.Now press browse and select the file and press open.The file should appear.Now click on the file and press open.Now press connect and then turn the reciever on.DO NOT INTERRUPT THE DOWNLOAD PROCESS.
When file loading is completed receiver should re-boot.Turn off the box disconnect cables.If anyone wants to add anything pls feel free.
