X² HD Premium IKS Files?

Any word on this stb having or getting iks abilities? This is a new and inexpensive stb that might have the juice to get iks. Works good for FTA and has an awsome blind scan speed. Might be an option as when the the S9 Openbox first came on the market. Not hear to promote Piracy, just like options, not that it matters to the price of tea in India.

This box has been out for a while now, i would think someone would have this answer and i too am curious as to how it works and what bin is best.

Works good with IKS on the DVB-S2 platform have tried all the latest bins since early this year

Works well on charlie , no epg or turbo 8psk

is good for 58 w and Charlie with no guide...but for the price! have a fast blind scan.

i did get one, seems to work good, but i cannot figure out how to get the channels to arrange by pid? in order (bev)
anybody know ? u can manually move them.

i almost forgot, when i first put the server info in, when i turned it off, it lost the info. i upgraded thru the web and it saved the
info after that.

I have 2 of these x2 premium stb but I'm only using them for true fta. Fastest blind scan I've ever tested and an extremely sensitive tuner to boot.

the X2 is a Low priced SD Mpeg4 receiver ,press 6969 on your remote will bring up the patch enabling the iks in settings and does work well with the usb wifi but does not have the Americas HD Module ..and it is very unlikely that this box can be modded for an HD Module ..but does work well for true FTA as Costactc has posted,, no Electronic program guide for charlie or Beverly and you probably will not see much support for this receiver from XSquare

I know this thread hasn't been replied to in over a year but here goes anyway. The number 6969 doesn't do anything to my x2 premium. Is there a special file I would need and where couls I find it?

From what I have found you need to upgrade the firmware.
Menu+games+upgrade+network.
Upgrade=ALL

password=6969 or 0000

The user line is all CAPs
