Hi there, I have been reading and reading but cannot seem to fix my problem so hopefully somebody can help me with the problem that I am having. Here's the situation...I have a nfusion Phoenix receiver that I used with Noi a few years ago, I originally used ith with a desktop computer and a dial up Internet connection. It worked fine. I then used it with a laptop and a 3G Internet stick with a mofinetwork router. That worked fine aswell. I no longer have the Internet stick I use my iPhone as my Internet by creating a hotspot. So what I have done is bought a wifi USB adaptor for my desktop (running windowsXP) and I can connect to my phone handily. The problem I am having is getting Noi to work, I recently purchased a donation # from a reliable source on here. I put in all my info making sure it's correct but I cannot seem to connect to server, red writing and no fuzz on the little tv. I've tried to make a network connection but nothing seems to work. Am I missing something? What else can I try? The nfusion seems to be connecting to the computer ok, the computer detects it. I still have the mofinetwork router but its meant for a 3G Internet stick and not sure if I can use it with the setup I have. Any help on this matter would be appreciated. Maybe there is a easier way to get it running, been out of the loop for a few years. Thanks

Just a little update, I got the little NOI tv to show static, and server is lit up in green so I now have that end of it working. But I can't get it to do the countdown. My receiver and computer are making a connection,(so it says) but the screen on the Noi tv is fuzzy... Am I missing something?

I'm still stuck at a stalemate, Noi is connected to the server but I can't seem to get a connection from the receiver to the computer. The little computer in the bottom right hand corner connects when I flip the switch on the back of the receiver but its like its not doing anything, when I go into settings on their receiver there is no IP address, which I remember there used to be when I used it before. Like I mentioned I have had it working thru dial up on this same computer at one time, so I'm thinking there might be a setting somewhere but I can't seem to figure it out. Firewall on or off, same issue. I have run out of ideas... Anybody??

No I haven't is a program? Where can I find it? I do remember making a network bridge when I used it on dial up but it won't allow me to bridge anymore... Maybe that has something to do with it?....

Run the setup wizzard, but be sure to tell it which network adapter you are using. Sounds like noi may be linked to one of the older network cards you used in the past.

Ok so I have fooled around for hours trying to get this to work and this is what I have accomplished so far... I couldn't get it to work thru my desktop computer Ethernet port I tried everything, tried making a network bridge, no go. Noi would always connect but couldn't get the link from computer to receiver. So I plugged in my router and plugged my computers Ethernet cable to the router and then my receivers Ethernet cable to the router then bam, the little Noi tv screen started doing the countdown and I had a picture. Thought I was in the clear because before once I had that it worked very well. But this time it will work for a few minutes or so, then on the little Noi screen it will switch from server 1 to "connecting" and then I'll lose picture until it connects again. It takes some times a few minutes ot more to connect. It will work again for a few minutes then go to "connecting" again. Not very stable at all. I have done a factory reset on the nfusion and that never solved anything. Is there anything else I can do to try and make the connection keep cutting out on Noi? Sometimes when it's running fine ill switch the channel and then it goes to "connecting" again and not work. I'm running out of thoughts on what the problem may be. Hopefully somebody can help me out to get it running smooth. Thanks guys.
*ive also turned my firewall off.
