Linkbox Channel List problems

Just bought a Linkbox 8000HD Plus, and it is a beauty. But I can't SORT my channel list in NUMERICAL order. It defaults to Name(a-z) and does not let me input Default, which my seller told me was numerical sorting. Any help would be appreciated. Also, nothing but problems with my cheap wifi gift. Hard-wired it works great. S-video out would have been a nice extra.

here is how to get your channels sorted by SID

- press SAT button

-select Echo Pkg

-select Sort

-select service ID

-exit out

you should be good to go

Do you have the wifi adapter that they sell with this rec? It should not be a problem as its easy to set up.

Yes I have the proper USB WiFi adapter they sent. But it appears to be defective. Is there a higher QUALITY usb wifi out there that can replace the gift sent me??? Maybe Belkin or another reputable WiFi component???
